Ken Miceli is the Owner of Advanced Painting & Contracting celebrating another year of servicing Arizona’s top homeowner’s association communities. Miceli brings his 15 years of experience to the painting industry and his involvement in Community Associations Institute (CAI). Along with experience as a Association Board Member.
Miceli has painted and/or contracted such communities as Scottsdale Ranch, DC Ranch, Terravita, Augusta Ranch and most recently Grayhawk.
Miceli has been active in many homeowner’s association (HOA) committees which helps his continued education of HOAs and how to best provide for them. In 1999 he served as president of the CAI, and continued to be involved by providing his ideas and time to the conference committee and membership committee. Miceli then served as the president of the homeowners association for Scottsdale Ranch in 2001, 2002. Currently he serves on the membership committee for CAI and once again as a board director for CAI Central Arizona Chapter. In 2007 he served as President of CAI Central Arizona Chapter for the second time.
He has proven success in contracting, general management, human resources, as well as expertise in homeowner associations. Self-motivated and enthusiastic, Miceli is committed to meeting and exceeding the needs of his clients.

When Miceli is not running Advanced Painting & Contracting he enjoys retreating to his Scottsdale Arizona home, gardening and spending time with his wife, Valarie and son, Dima.
